Our multifamily & healthcare loan programs are very aggressively priced with unusual loan terms such as maximum 85% - 90% loan-to-values, no personal recourse, 35 -40 year fixed rates, and assumable loan terms. We lend from $1,000,000 to $100,000,000+ . Repair money, rehabilitation / renovation loans, and new construction loan money - All are considered and combined into a long term end loan financing, with the same types of terms. Experienced multifamily / commercial originator-producers are preferred. However, we will consider residential loan originators who want to use their customer base or broker/banker contact base to secure mortgage loans, and are willing to learn commercial mortgage lending. Our compensation package is driven by production commissions. Our commission structure is one of the highest in the industry. Company policy is to promote from within, whenever a top qualified person is available from our existing staff.

B. Multifamily & Healthcare Sales Managers:

We are seeking several additional regional sales managers, who can each bring with them, or quickly develop, a productive regional sales team. Must be experienced with producing multifamily or healthcare mortgage loans. We can lend in the continental United States. Very substantial commission and commission overrides available, plus a long term future. We are establishing a new department to specialize in retail, office building, storage facilities, and industrial mortgage loan production. Must have a minimum of two years experience as a mortgage broker or mortgage sales originator, with proven ability to produce good quality commercial mortgage loans. Experienced self-starter, who knows where to obtain business and how to qualify the loan. Very substantial commissions available.
