  • 90% of the Rehabilitation Cost, plus

For New Construction and Extensions, our underwriting guidelines include amounts based upon as much as:

  • 90% of the "As Is" Value, plus
  • 90% of the Construction Cost, plus

We will combine the new construction loan or rehabilitation financing, with a 40 Year Fixed Rate mortgage, with no balloon payment.

 
We can also lend multifamily and healthcare commercial mortgage money without construction or rehabilitation financing.
