Our Approval authorizes us to request and obtain HUD/FHA Insurance for Multifamily Mortgages, Senior Independent Living Multifamily Mortgages, Mobile Home Park Financing, and Healthcare Property Mortgages. This enables us to offer mortgage loans with very unusual, advantageous mortgage features.
Our ability to originate FHA multifamily, mobile home park, and healthcare mortgages is enhanced by our multifamily commercial mortgages that meet the underwriting guidelines of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
